Donations

Donations by generously Blessed individuals / organizations provide the means for the Robinhood Network of Volunteers to
serve the Needy of the community without cost to the recipients.

The RHN accepts donations of Grant Money, Corporate Funds, Individual Funds, as well as New Furniture or Used Furniture that is in good working order.

1. The RHN accepts donations of Grant Money, Corporate Funds, and Individual
    Donations. These donations provide the budget for the RHN to operate in the
    States and Counties without any costs to either the Donors of Furniture as
    well as no cost to the recipients of such charity.

2. Donate Furniture or Household Items to the Needy:
      We welcome all approved donations that are either New Items or Used Items in good working
       condition to the RHN program from any legal source or donor. If you, or someone you know have
       an interest in donating items to individuals in your local area that have temporarily experienced
       hardship of this nature contact the RHN via our "Contact Us" link on our Website.
    A. The RHN shall issue a valid IRS approved tax receipt to each donor for all donations as required
         by the IRS.
    B. The tax receipt will list the current market value (as indicated by the donor). The RHN advises
         that each donor verify with their personal independent CPA the current market value of the
         donation to insure no refusal for the tax deduction results from the exempt tax receipt on their
         filing for the year.
    C. If the donor wishes to deliver the item(s) to the holding facility for this County the staff
         coordinator will furnish directions and coordinate a contact person to accept the item(s).
    D. If the donor wishes for the RHN volunteers to pick the item(s) up at a specific location & time, the
         staff coordinator will schedule for the pickup suitable to the donor's schedule.
